Totalcredits is the technological structure behind the work of hundreds of volunteers. Each specialised in their own domain, mainly social profiles.
The freelancers help their clients on the phone and through webchat. Their goal is to try to point the client in the right direction .
Volunteering is gratifying, but only if the work environment is very well organised.
